          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order staying the implementations and
   operations of judgment and decree in AS.22/2020 of the Sub Court, Punalur dated
   24.01.2023 in OS.NO.292/1998 of the Munsiff court,Punalur dated 13.02.2020, in the
   best interest of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
   the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 02.04.2024 and
   upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.HARIDAS, BIJU HARIHARAN, SHIJIMOL M.MATHEW,
