     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time for
making the first installment with the respondent bank as directed by
Honble Court up to 29.05.2024 in the interest of justice
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's Final order dated
11.04.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SUNIL KUMAR
(PALAKKAD), LEKSHMI S.SEKHER, FEMY M.ANTONY & K.J.SUNIL, Advocates for the
petitioner, the court passed the following:

                                 ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be

granted a breathing time to pay the defaulted EMI and instalment

as directed by this Court in the judgment dated 11.04.2024.

2. Standing Counsel submits that going by the judgment

dated 11.04.2024, the petitioner has to pay a further amount of

₹95,571/- , which is inclusive of defaulted EMI. Standing Counsel

submits that if the said amount is paid on or before 13.06.2024, the

same can be treated as in compliance of the payment of first two

instalments as directed by this Court in the judgment dated

11.04.2024.

Recording the said submission, the I.A. is disposed of.
