JUDGMENT
When the case is taken up, it is submitted by the
Government Pleader on instruction that the District Supply
Officer had sent a requisition to the 3 rd respondent regarding
the amounts that are required for payment. The 3rd
respondent has already forwarded it to the Government. It is
submitted that the amounts will be made available at the
earliest.
The writ petition is hence disposed of directing the
respondents to ensure that the petitioner is paid the eligible
amounts due, at the earliest, at any rate within four months
from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
