   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the all further proceedings in EP No.161/2020 in OS No.812/2015 til the
   disposal of Ext.P2 & P3


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.M.R.SASITH & ANJANA SURESH.E, Advocates for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

                                             ORDER

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondents as well as to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents at the trial court.

Post on 13.6.2024.

till then, the vehicle belonging to the panchayath shall not be attached on condition that the petitioner remits a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) towards decree debt within a week.
