        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by Addl.Sessions
   Court II, Kozhikode in Criminal Appeal No.41/2023 dated 31/01/2024 and
   Judgment in S.T.No.1457/2018 in the court of Special Judicial Magistrate
   of First Class (NI Act Cases) Kozhikode dated 13/09/2022, pending disposal
   of the above Criminal Revision Petition.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.B.SHYNI, RAJESH KUMAR R.,
   V.R.ANILKUMAR, SARAFUDHEEN T., ELDHOSE JOY & AJITH P.C., Advocates for the
   petitioner and of Sri.MOHANAN C K Advocate for the first respondent and of
   PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second respondent, the Court passed the
   following:

                                            ORDER

The sentence on the revision petitioner will stand suspended on executing bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and also on deposit of 20% of the cheque amount within one month from today. On deposit of 20% of the cheque amount, the same shall be released to the complainant.
