                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner, stated to be the owner of property

having an extent of 12.87 Ares of land comprised in Survey

Nos. 15/7-8, 16/1-9 situated in Tirur Taluk, Ozhur Village,

Malappuram District has preferred Ext.P2 application

seeking deletion of the property from the data bank under

Form 5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and

Wetland Act, 2008 (for short, 'the Act').

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that no orders have been passed on the statutory

application so far.

3. Under such circumstances, there will be a

direction to the second respondent - Agricultural officer to

provide such inputs required under the Act to the first

respondent - the Revenue Divisional Officer within two WP(C) NO. 15977 OF 2024

months from today. On receipt of the same, the first

respondent RDO will consider Ext.P2 application within

three months thereafter and pass orders strictly in terms of

the Act and Rules.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
