                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of May, 2024

The petitioner is the Chairman of M/s.Muthoot Mini

Theatres Pvt. Ltd., which owns 37.72 Ares of land in survey

Nos.219/2-2, 219/2-3, 219/4 of Maradu Village in Ernakulam

District. He has approached this Court seeking a direction to

the 1st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P3, Form-7 application filed under the

Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and taking

into consideration that Ext.P3 is a statutory application, this

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1 st

respondent/RDO to consider and pass orders thereon, in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
