        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to passing of judgment and Decree in O.P.(Div)
   No.47/2017 by the Family Court, Thrissur, until the disposal of the above
   Appeal. Otherwise, the Applicant will suffer irreparable loss, injury and
   resultant hardship.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
