                          JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator, bearing registration

No.KL 09/KG 1363, operating service on the route Vazhikkadavu-

Perinthalmanna. By Ext.P2, the respondent allowed the joint

application for transfer of permit in favour of the petitioner.

However, the transfer has not been endorsed so far. The petitioner

has also given Ext.P3 representation to the respondent to effect

endorsement of the transfer in favour of the petitioner. It is in these

circumstances, the petitioner approached this Court.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to endorse the transfer of permit in favour

of the petitioner provided the conditions mentioned in Ext.P2 are

complied.
