        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and implementation of Exhibits P1, P4, P5,
   P7, P10 and P11 orders/letters, pending decision in the above W.P.(C).

        This petition again coming on for order upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
   11.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.ANISON, V.BHARGAVI
   (PANANGAD) & P.A.RINUSA Advocates for the petitioner and of
   SRI.K.A.MANZOOR ALI, Advocate for respondent 5, the court passed the
   following:

                                          ORDER

It is submitted that the petitioner is retiring today.Considering Exhibit P12 judgment I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner should be allowed to retire as Headmistress Provisionally and subject to the final decision of the Writ Petition.

Therefore, there will be a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to allow the petitioner to retire as Headmistress, subject to the result of the Writ Petition.

Issue a copy of this order before noon (today).
