 CRL.REV.PET NO. 324 OF 2024

                                      ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the revision petitioner fairly submitted

that there is no reason not to concur with the

concurrent findings rendered by the trial court and

the first appellate court regarding conviction and

order of sentence, but wanted three months time to

pay the fine amount. Hence, three months time is

granted. The revision petition will stand dismissed

with a direction not to take any coercive steps

against the petitioner for a period of three months.

Within that time, the petitioner shall appear before

the trial court to receive the sentence.

The Criminal Revision Petition will stand

dismissed in limine.
