                                      ORDER

This review petition is filed seeking to review the judgment dated

26.10.2023 in W.P.(C.) No. 31084/2023.

2. I have heard Sri. V.G. Arun, the learned counsel appearing for

the review petitioner, and Sri. P.M. Johny, the learned Standing Counsel

appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is that the

address of the 4th respondent was wrongly stated in the writ petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits

that the judgment was sent by registered post, and the same was returned as

the address was incorrect. It is submitted that if the petitioner places the

judgment before the concerned respondent, necessary action shall be taken.

In that view of the matter, the review petition is closed.
