                          JUDGMENT

The writ petition has been filed seeking the

following reliefs:

"I. Direct the respondents to release the salary due to the petitioner as U.P.S.A in the SNMVHSS, Vannapuram from the month of May 2016 forthwith.

II. Declare that the respondents have no right to withheld the salary of the petitioner without legally valid and justifiable reasons."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that pursuant to the interim order of this

Court salary has been disbursed to the petitioner.

In the light thereof, nothing further survives

in this writ petition. The writ petition is closed.
