        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant with Ext-P1 award passed
   by the Assistant Registrar Court Mukundapuram dated 25/9/2015 and the Ext-
   P3 judgment in Appeal No.205 of 2023 passed by the Kerala Co-Operative
   Tribunal dated 31/10/2023, pending consideration of the above Writ
   Petition in the interest of justice.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order date
   10-06-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.L.BITTO, MITHUL T
   ANTO, Advocates for the petitioners, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   respondents 1 and 2 and of M/S. JAGADEESH K, V.RENJU Advocates for the 3rd
   respondent,, the court passed the following:
