        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 622/2020 on the files of Addl. District
   Judge- VIII, Ernakulam, which is filed for executing the Award No. EVB/
   IBL/ (PPD)/ 726/2019 of sole Arbitrator, E. Venketesh Babu which was
   passed in Chennai, till the disposal of the Original Petition (Civil), in
   the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   01.4.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE,
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
