                                                 ORDER

This Court as per Annexure 1 judgment directed the 1 st

respondent to take a decision on Exts.P10 and P11 appeals in the

light of Exts.P5 and P6 judgments of this Court. The contention of

the petitioner is that though the orders have been issued as

evident from Annexures 2 and 3, there is no discussion regarding

Exts.P5 and P6 judgments in the said order. Therefore, it is

contended that the direction of the judgment has not been fully

complied with.

2. The learned Government Pleader seeks time to get

instructions on the same.
