                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner, whose appointment as HSST (Botany) on daily

wages in a retirement vacancy arose on 05.09.2023 was denied approval,

has approached this Court. Being aggrieved by the denial of such

approval, the Manager submitted Ext.P7 revision petition, whereas the

petitioner submitted Ext.P8 representation and the same are pending

before the first respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is

to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the said revision petition

and representation, within a time frame.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the first respondent shall take up Exts.P7

revision petition and P8 representation and orders thereon shall be passed,

after hearing the petitioner and the Manager, within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
