        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 order dated 14.3.2024 in EP
   No.561/2022 in ARC No.1707/2019 on the file of Sub Court -II, Kozhikode,
   pending disposal of the above OP(Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.JOSE KURIAKOSE (VILANGATTIL) & BIJO FRANCIS, Advocates for the
   petitioners, the court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondent as well as to the counsel appearing for the respondent in the trial court.

Post on 9.7.2024. Till then, sale shall be deferred on condition that petitioners shall remit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs only) towards decree debt on or before 11.6.2024 and a further sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) within three weeks thereafter.
