                       JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the absolute owner of 32 Ares

17 Sq.Mtrs, of land in Vaniyamkulam-I Village,

Ottappalam Taluk in Palakkad District, out of which

19.93 Ares comprised in survey No.51/3-1 is shown

as 'Nanja' in the Revenue records. He has

approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd

respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P3, Form-6 application filed under

the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland

Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and

taking into consideration that Ext.P3 is a statutory WP(C) NO. 7902 OF 2024

application, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the 2nd respondent/RDO to consider and

pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period

of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
