        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the revenue
   recovery proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 09-02-2015 in O.P.(MV)
   No.340/2013 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ottapalam
   in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of Sri.BINOY VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the applicants and of SRI.JACOB
   MATHEW P, Advocate for the respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

There shall be a short stay against the right of recovery granted in favour of the 3rd respondent, from the petitioners herein, for a period of four months from this day.
