                                ORDER

This Contempt of Court cases are filed alleging non compliance

of the common judgment dated 04.07.2023 delivered by this Court.

In response to the notice, the respondents have filed a counter,

stating that the benefit of the judgment has already been granted to

two persons against the vacant posts. Therefore, at this stage, the

benefit of the judgment cannot be accorded to the petitioners, but it

will be considered at a later point of time.

2. On the other hand, the learned Counsel for the petitioners

submitted that the petitioners have filed objection, notifying that

there are more vacancies and therefore, the submissions made in the

counter affidavit are incorrect. Learned Counsel for the 1 st respondent

shall get instructions with regard to the suggestions made in the

objection.

Sri. G.Biju, learned Standing Counsel, appear for the

Travancore Devaswom Board.
