        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the common judgment and decree dated 16.06.2023 passed in OP (HMA)
   No.712/2019 on the file of Family Court, Alappuzha, during the pendency
   of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 08.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.JOPHY POTHEN
   KANDANKARY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
