        Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed along with the RP the High Court be pleased to
   review the judgment dated 14/08/2023 in W.P.(C) No.15163/2013 and re-hear
   the matter, in the interest of justice.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   14/08/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN Advocate
   for Petitioner in RP/WP(C), the Court passed the following:
