        Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondent not to proceed any further on the Ext-P2
   Sale Notice published on Desabhimani daily dated 03-02-2024, in the
   interest of justice during the pendency of this writ petition
