            Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay

   of 50 days in filing the above Review Petition in the interest of justice.



            This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the application

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

   of    SRI.T.K.VIPINDAS,      Standing   Counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   of

   SR.GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondents 2 & 3, the court passed the

   following:

                                          ORDER

Issue notice to the 1st respondent through e-mail in his e-mail ID

furnished in the complaint dated 12/07/2023 addressed to the Hon'ble the

Chief Justice, based on which DBP.No.94 of 2023 was registered suo motu.

A soft copy of the Review Petition shall be enclosed, along with

that notice.

The learned Senior Government Pleader enters appearance for

respondents 2 and 3.
