        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass an order staying the operation and implementation of the Judgment
   dated 19.09.2023 in W.P.(C) No.6171/2023 passed by the Learned Single
   Judge of this Hon'ble Court till the disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 08/02/2024 and this
   Court's order dated 14.12.2023, upon perusing the appeal memorandum, the
   Court on the same day passed the following:

Post on 19.2.2024.

Interim order shall remain in force till then.
