        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the order in
   EA No.1167/2016 in EP No.489/2009 in OP(Arb) No.4/1994 dated 30.03.2017 of
   the learned Sub Judge, Ernakulam, and all further proceedings there in,
   pending final disposal of the above civil revision petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order    dated    12.9.2023     and   upon   hearing    the   arguments
   of SRI.R.SANKARANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.BABU
   THOMAS & MARYKUTTY BABU, Advocates for R1 to R5 and SRI.K.L.VARGHESE,
   Senior Advocate along with SMT.SANTHA VARGHESE, SRI.RAHUL VARGHESE &
   SRI.RANJITH VARGHESE, Advocates for R6 and of M/S.BASIL MATHEW & NINAN
   JOHN, Advocates for R7, the court passed the following:

It is seen that this matter heard in part by another Bench, which fact is noted in the proceedings of 23.08.2023.

The Registry is hence directed to post this matter before the learned Judge, who heard the matter in part.

Interim order will stand extended till the matter is so posted.
