            Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
 afidavit filed therwith the Hih Court be pleased to pass an Order staying
 the operation of the judgment dated 06.12.2023 in OP(KAT) No.540/2023,
 till the disposal of the above Review Petition.

             This Review Petition coming on for orders on 06/02/2024 upon
 perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this
 court's Judgment dated 06/12/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
