        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 302 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment of the Single Judge
   dated 25.08.2023.
        This Application coming on for orders on 01/08/2024, upon perusing
   the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
   hearing the arguments of SRI. AKHIL SURESH & AAMIR SOHRAB M. M., Advocates
   for the applicant, the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Delay is condoned on condition that the appellant shall pay cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Kerala within a week.
