                              JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for

respondents.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of

Ext.P4 order granting permission to issue certificates for

the sake of obtaining grant earmarked for 'Nilathezhuthu

Asans'. Petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 representation

pointing out the shortcomings in Ext.P4 order before the

1st respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

3. In view of the limited prayer made, this writ

petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after hearing the WP(C) NO. 13803 OF 2024

petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
