JUDGMENT
The 1st petitioner, was appointed as a Peon on
07.02.1997, in the School managed by the 2 nd petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of
Exts.P4, P5 and P6 Staff Fixation Orders the petitioner was
deployed to another School for two days in a week as part of
an arrangement of clubbing together of the two schools.
Even though the petitioner highlighted his grievances in this
regard before the authorities concerned, the same was
rejected as per Exts.P8 and P9 orders. As against the same,
the 2nd petitioner has approached the 1st respondent by filing
Ext.P11 which is now pending consideration. The limited
prayer sought by the petitioners is for a direction for
expeditious disposal of Ext.P11 after hearing the petitioners
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and
the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of
this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 1st
respondent shall take up Ext.P11 and appropriate orders

shall be passed in accordance with law after hearing the
petitioners, within a period of four months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment.
