The learned Government Pleader seeks time to file an

affidavit reporting compliance of the directions issued by this

Court.

respondent before this Court if orders are not passed in

not been reported and the 2 nd respondent is not present before

this Court.

Post on 09.04.2024. The 2nd respondent shall be present

shall file an affidavit in this regard explaining as to whether the
