   NAVANEETH.N.NATH, Advocates for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor
   for the 1st respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Post on 29/05/2024 for hearing the matter positively in tune with the judgments placed by the Learned counsel for the petitioner.

Till then all further proceedings in S.C.No.955/2018 pending before the Additional Sessions Court (Fast Track), North Paravur stand deferred.
