                                 JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, he was appointed

as a Post Graduate Teacher in Commerce in the 3 rd

respondent- School. The grievance of the petitioner

is with regard to the alleged non disbursement of

the entire salary due to him.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The school in question is a CBSE school. If

the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the

quantum of the salary disbursed to him, his remedy

lies elsewhere. The writ petition is not

maintainable.(See Sindhu.S and Ors. Vs. Raja Ravi Varma Central

School and Ors. (ILR 2022 (3) (Ker) 996).

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed,

but without prejudice to the rights.
