                            JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Sri.P.C.Sasidharan -

learned Standing Counsel for "Kareepra Panchayath Service

Co-operative Bank Ltd." ('Society' for short), submitted that,

the total outstanding in the loan account of the petitioner, as

on 19.03.2024, is Rs.12,42,794/-. He added that Rs.1,00,000/-

as ordered by this Court in the interim order has not been paid

and therefore that it is only if the petitioner remits the amount

by the end of this Month, can the afore benefit be given.

2. Sri.Harikrishnan M.S. - learned counsel for the

petitioner, fully agreed to the afore and prayed that this writ

petition be thus ordered.

3. In the afore circumstances, I allow this writ petition,

granting liberty to the petitioner to pay Rs.1,00,000/- on or

before 30.04.2024 and the balance amount in the loan account,

along with all applicable charges and interest, in 15 equal

monthly installments, commencing from 01.06.2024.

Needless to say, if the petitioner makes default on

payment of two installments as ordered above, further action WP(C) NO. 7864 OF 2024

pursuant thereto can be taken forward, without having to

obtain further orders from this Court.
