                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating service on

the route Shornur - Mannarkkad with registration No.KL 09 AR 1661.

The petitioner filed Ext.P3 request seeking revision of timings of his

service. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to

the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, after

hearing the petitioner and the affected parties, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
