                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator holding a regular

permit on the route Kottai Kadappuram - Purathur. The permit is

valid till 10.09.2026. The vehicle which was covered by the permit

is a 2005 model vehicle having a seating capacity of 48 in all. The

petitioner procured a later model vehicle with a seating capacity of

39 in all. The petitioner filed Ext.P2 application for replacement.

The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application.

Having heard both sides, this writ petition is disposed with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2

application, in accordance with law, within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
