                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner submitted Form 5 application under Rule 4(d) of the

Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008 before the

respondent on 11/03/2024 for removal of the petitioner's land from the Data

Bank. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the

respondent to consider and dispose of the Form 5 application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 Form 5 application, within a

period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Before passing orders, the respondent shall obtain report from the concerned

agricultural officer.
