Land and Wetland Act, 2008, before the first respondent.

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a

direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose

of Ext P3 application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to

consider and dispose of Ext P3 application, within a

period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
