                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed with prayer inter alia to issue direction

to the 2nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P7 application to make necessary

corrections in the revenue records including Basic Tax Register, Thandapper

Account Register etc. incorporating the type of the petitioner's property as dry

land, in a time bound manner.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 application, after hearing

the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
