Sri.M.P.Sreekrishnan - learned counsel for
the petitioners, seeks a days' time to bring on
record the appeal filed by his client against the
judgment in WP(C)No.4147/2023, which was
connected to the judgment impugned therein.
2. We record the submission of Sri.Sidharth
Warrier - learned counsel for respondents 1 and
2, that his client will not take policy decisions
or make appointments until the next posting date.
3. In fact, Sri.Geroge Poonthottam - learned
Senior Counsel, instructed by Sri.Sidharth
Warrier, also affirmed the above; however,
praying that this matter be listed on 22.05.2024
itself.
