                           JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating service on the

route Thrissur-Valakavu (via) Pattikad with her stage carriage KL-

58/B 0603. The petitioner preferred Ext.P3 representation before the

respondent to consider and rectify the anomaly in timings, after

affording an opportunity of hearing to all the affected operators.

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to

the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

representation, after hearing all the affected operators, as

expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
