                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the registered owner of stage carriage

bearing registration No.KL-17/Y 5035, has submitted Ext.P1

application for substitute temporary permit before the respondent.

The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a direction for

expeditious disposal of the same.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to take up Ext.P1 and pass appropriate

orders thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
