                                    JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of April, 2024

The petitioner,the registered owner of stage

carriage bearing No. KL-02/BU 5029, has sought for

revision of timings as per Ext.P2 which is now pending

before the respondents. The limited prayer sought by the

petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to pass

appropriate orders thereon.

After hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned government pleader, this writ

petition is disposed of directing the respondents to

take up Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders thereon,

after hearing the petitioner and the effected parties.

Appropriate orders in this regard shall be passed within

a period of three months from the date of receipt of

copy of this judgment.
