Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to:-
(i) issue an interim direction commanding 1st Respondent to take a
decision on Exhibit P-13, adverting to Exhibits P-6 to P-10 in a time
bound manner and with notice to the Petitioners keeping in abeyance
Exhibit P-5 in the while, pending finalization of the Writ Petition.
(ii) issue an interim direction commanding the Respondents to
continue to pay salary to the Petitioners so long as their approval is in
force.

This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s. V.A.MUHAMMED and M.SAJJAD, Advocates for the petitioners and of

It is ordered that, the petitioner shall be entitled to get salary
until their approval of appointments are cancelled.
