                               Con. Case (C). No. 438 of 2024
                           --------------------------------------------

                                             ORDER

The Court had directed in Annexure 1 judgment the

issuance of fresh certificate in terms of Ext.P7, recognising the

degree granted by the IGNOU for the purpose of employment and

higher studies. Ext.P4 in the writ petition is an eligibility certificate

which did not say anything about recognising the degree for

employment and higher studies. It is in the above circumstance this

Court had directed a fresh certificate to be issued in terms of Ext.P7,

wherein there is such a statement. There is no necessity for the

petitioner to submit any fresh application and all that is required is

issuance of an eligibility certificate in terms of Ext.P7 and nothing

more. Necessary orders granting the certificate shall be issued

within one week from today.
