When this Contempt Case is taken up, it is submitted by the learned

Government Pleader that the directions have been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the

consequential benefits have not been disbursed.

3. In response, it is submitted by the learned government pleader that

the benefits due to the petitioner shall be disbursed without any delay.

In that view of the matter, nothing further survives and this Contempt

Case is closed, leaving open the rights of the petitioner to reopen the Contempt

Case if so warranted.
