Raja Vijayaraghavan, J.

By order dated 01.12.2023, this Court stayed the execution of the

judgment on condition that the petitioner furnishes the security to the

satisfaction of the Family Court, Thiruvalla. It is submitted by the learned

counsel that the property of the respondent has been attached by order

dated 28.06.2019 by the Family Court.

In that view of the matter, it would be open to the petitioner to

offer the property attached by the Family Court, Thiruvalla, towards

security.
