                         JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 application

before the third respondent seeking permission for the

change of user of the property under Form 6 of the Kerala

Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 (for

short, 'the Act')

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that no orders have been passed on the statutory

application so far.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the third

respondent - RDO, to pass orders on Ext.P3, within three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, if the same has not been done so far, strictly in WP(C) NO. 12786 OF 2024 ..3..

accordance with the provisions of the Act and Rules.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
