        Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to keep the impugned judgment dated 02.04.2024 in
   WP(C)No.12646 of 2024 in abeyance pending disposal of the Review Petition.

        This Review Petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and this court's judgment dated 02.04.2024, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.P.MARTIN JOSE, P.PRIJITH, THOMAS P.KURUVILLA, R.GITHESH, AJAY BEN
   JOSE, MANJUNATH MENON, SACHIN JACOB AMBAT, ANNA LINDA EDEN & HARIKRISHNAN

   passed the following:

                                         ORDER

It is submitted by the senior Counsel appearing for the review petitioner that there are other Writ Petitions pending regarding the petitioner company and several disputes are pending regarding the directorship. Along wtih the review petition an interim order Annexure A has been produced wherein it is seen that the petitioner company is shown as additional 10th respondent.

In the above circumstances, the review petition is posted along with WP(C)17913/2022 and 20531/2021. The directions in the judgment dated 02.04.2024 shall be kept in abeyance for the time being.

Post in the re-opening week.
